Your data is genuinely separate
Every school gets its own PostgreSQL database, created and migrated when you join. Not a shared table with a column naming the school — an actual separate database. It is the difference between a wall and a label, and it is the question every school asks second.
Real double-entry, not a receipts list
Fee receipts and approved expenses post to a ledger with running balances. The account statement reports a control difference when debits and credits disagree, instead of showing a clean total over a broken ledger. Most school software cannot tell you when it is wrong.
Multi-campus is not an upgrade
A school with three branches runs them on one account from the start, with data scoped per campus and staff able to hold different roles at different branches. You do not migrate to a bigger plan to open a second campus.
Messaging that survives Pakistani reality
An Android handset with your own SIM becomes the school's sender, so you pay bundle rates rather than per-message gateway fees. It is dual-SIM aware, reads the carrier balance, and is built to keep running under aggressive battery management.
Fees the way schools here actually charge them
Monthly tuition per class, admission and security at enrolment, annual funds, sibling concessions agreed with a parent, and arrears carried over from before you joined. None of it needs a workaround.
Documents that print identically every time
Receipts, report cards and statements render on the server as PDFs. The copy the parent takes and the copy you file match, whichever machine or browser produced them.
The statement is the test
Any school system can take a payment. The question is whether, at month end, it can tell you where the money came from, where it went, and prove the two agree.

The questions schools ask us first
We are mid-session with three years of records. Can we still start?
Yes, and it is the normal case. Enrol pupils with the date they actually joined rather than today, and record what each family still owes. Once you are current, the principal closes arrears entry so nobody can keep writing history.
Who can see our data?
Your school's records live in a database created for your school alone. Inside it, access is by role and by campus — an accountant at one branch does not see another branch's staff records.
Do we need to buy an SMS package?
No. Pair an Android phone with your own SIM and the school sends at its own bundle rate. The app does not take over the phone's default SMS role, so the handset stays usable.
What happens when we open a second campus?
You add it to the same account. Staff can be given a role at more than one campus, and each campus keeps its own classes, fees, ledger and reports.
Is it in Urdu?
The portal is in English today. Documents that reach parents — challans and receipts — carry your school's own branding and wording.
