There is no cut-down tier. A two-hundred-pupil school gets exactly what a two-thousand-pupil school gets — the difference is the size of the cloud underneath it.
AI teaching
Lesson planning, question papers and student practice, with AI doing the drafting and your teachers keeping the judgement.
Admissions
A guided wizard that takes a child from walk-in to enrolled, with the guardian, the class, the fee and the first challan all created together.
Fees
Generate monthly challans for every enrolled student, preview the run before you commit it, and collect at a counter that finds a family in seconds.

Running it yourself? A school that would rather host on its own server pays nothing at all. You take on the backups, the updates and the uptime; we are still here for support.
Fair usage, in plain words
Free has to mean something sustainable, or it stops being free later. This is the whole policy — there is no longer version.
Use it for your school
The free licence covers running your own school — one organisation, its campuses and its pupils. Reselling access, or running other schools' data through your account, needs an agreement with us.
Storage and documents in proportion
Your plan covers the records, receipts and report cards a school of your size generates. If you start storing something else entirely at scale, we will talk to you before doing anything about it.
Messaging is your own SIM
SMS to parents goes through a handset and SIM you control, at your operator's rate. We do not resell messages, so there is nothing for us to meter.
Support within working hours
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Urgent faults that stop a school collecting fees are picked up outside those hours; a question about a report is not.
No selling your data, in either direction
We do not monetise school, student or guardian data — that is what makes free sustainable only through the cloud charge, and it is the trade we would rather make.
If usage changes, we tell you first
Nobody gets suspended by an automated threshold. If your school outgrows its plan you get a conversation and a quote, not a locked account.
What schools ask about the price
Is it free forever, or free for now?
The software licence is free and we intend to keep it that way. What we charge for is the cloud your school runs on, because that has a bill attached that somebody has to pay. If that ever changes, existing schools hear it from us before it applies to them.
What happens if we stop paying the cloud charge?
Your data is yours. You get an export, and you can move to your own server and keep using the software free of charge. We do not hold a school's records hostage to an invoice.
Are there setup or training fees?
No setup fee. Onboarding help — bringing your students, fees and arrears across — is included in the cloud charge for Growing school and above, and available for smaller schools too.
Do we pay per campus?
The plan sets how many campuses you can run. Adding a branch inside your plan costs nothing extra; going beyond it moves you to the next plan.
Is there a contract?
Cloud and maintenance is billed annually. You can leave at the end of a term with your data in hand.
